We successfully developed and sold 20 acres of prime land, converting it into housing plots at Siruthavoor. The last 7 acres were entered into an agreement with The Chennai Metropolitan Cooperative Housing Society Limited, functioning under the Ministry of Housing & Urban Development, Government of Tamil Nadu.
Building on this success, we are actively venturing into similar land development projects across multiple locations, ensuring transparent processes and profitable outcomes for stakeholders.
